Meet the Attorneys of Andy Van Le Associates, PC Law Center

Andy Van Le, Esq. 

Andy Van Le is the managing attorney of the Accident Law Center. He has more than 10 years of experience in personal Injury, employment and civil litigation. Mr. Van Le started his practice as a defense attorney representing insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporations and big tobacco companies. During his time as a defense attorney, Mr. Van Le honed his legal skills and learned the various tactics of defense attorneys. 

Mr. Van Le experienced first-hand how defense firms and lawyers often victimize the injured party or plaintiff. It was at this point that Mr. Van Le decided to open the Accident Law Center. Mr. Van Le made it a point to treat the injured victims with respect and provide them the kind of competent, aggressive legal representation that the big defense firms provided. It was his dedication and tenacity that turned the firm from a solo practice to now employing multiple attorneys and staff. Mr. Van Le specializes in the most difficult of cases. 

Oftentimes, many of Mr. Van Le’s clients have been rejected by other attorneys, as their cases have been deemed too difficult to win. Mr. Van Le thrives on these types of cases and has successfully tried many lawsuits in front of a jury, bench, judge or arbitrator. He has settled thousands of cases as both a defense attorney and plaintiff’s attorney.

Mr. Van Le has the intelligence and experience to address the myriad issues clients present to him on a daily basis. Mr. Van Le is originally from Nebraska, where he obtained his B.S. from Creighton University and his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. He is happily married and has two girls. He enjoys spending time with his family in his free time. Mr. Van Le is a member of the State Bar of California, San Diego County Bar Association and San Diego Consumers Attorney.
